1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a refund, returned products must meet the following criteria:
  • Timeframe: The request for return must be initiated within 60 days of the date you receive the product.
  • Product Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, labels, and any included accessories). Products that show signs of use (e.g., opened perfume bottles, used lotion, or damaged packaging) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Personalized Products: Personalized perfumes or custom-labeled items are eligible for a refund only if the personalization contains an error caused by Le Labo Fragrances (e.g., incorrect name spelling, wrong scent customization). Returns for “change of mind” on personalized products will not be accepted.
  • Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong scent, incorrect size), please contact us immediately—these issues will be resolved with a full refund or replacement (at your choice), with no additional costs to you.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to request a return and refund:

    • The name and quantity of the product(s) you wish to return.

  3. Ship the Product Back: Package the eligible product(s) securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to our physical address (listed in Section 5). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is delivered safely—Le Labo Fragrances is not liable for lost or misplaced return shipments.

3. Refund Processing
