leelabofragrances.com (the “Website”). By placing an order on the Website, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
When you submit an order through the Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed prices (in United States Dollars, USD) plus any applicable taxes (shipping is free for all orders, as stated in Section 3). You must provide accurate, complete, and current information (including shipping address, contact details, and payment information) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (sent to the email address you provide). This acknowledgment is not an order acceptance—it only confirms we have received your request.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs only when we send a second email (“Order Confirmation”) confirming that your order has been processed and shipped, or when we dispatch the products (whichever comes first).
- We may reject orders for reasons including, but not limited to: inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete shipping/payment information, or violations of these Terms. If your order is rejected, we will notify you via email and will not charge your payment method (or will issue an immediate refund if a charge was processed).
We accept major payment methods as displayed on the Website’s checkout page (e.g., credit cards, debit cards, and other secure digital payment options). All payments must be made in USD.
- Your payment information is processed securely by third-party payment service providers (we do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details). These providers comply with industry security standards to protect your data.
- By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method (e.g., you are the cardholder or have permission from the cardholder).
If your payment is declined or fails to process (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, or fraud alerts), we will notify you via email. Your order will not be processed until successful payment is received. We are not liable for delays or order cancellations caused by payment failure.
- After your order is confirmed (via the Order Confirmation email), we will process and ship your products within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time from the date of shipment is 6–12 business days to all destinations. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
- All orders qualify for free standard shipping—no minimum purchase is required, and no additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.
- You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one is available to receive the package, or the address is undeliverable), the shipping carrier may return the package to us. In such cases, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery (if requested), or we will issue a refund (minus any non-refundable carrier fees, if applicable) once the package is returned to us.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect the products immediately for damage, defects, or discrepancies (e.g., wrong item, missing items). If you notice any issues, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery (see Section 7 for contact details) to report the problem and request assistance.
You may return products for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date if:
- The products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, labels, and accessories);
- The products are not personalized (unless the personalization contains an error caused by us, in which case we will offer a replacement or full refund).
Products that do not meet these criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing original packaging) may be rejected for return.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team via email (see Section 7) with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the products (if reporting damage/defects).
- We will review your request and, if approved, send you a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the products back to us.
- Ship the products to our address (listed in Section 7) with the RA number clearly marked on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned products (and confirm they meet eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order (in USD). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing times (we are not liable for delays caused by your bank or card issuer).
We strive to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of our products (including scent notes, sizes, and ingredients) on the Website. However, we do not guarantee that product colors, textures, or scents will be identical to what is displayed online (due to factors like device screen settings or natural variations in ingredients).
Product availability is displayed on the Website (e.g., “In Stock” or “Out of Stock”). We reserve the right to adjust inventory levels at any time, and we may cancel or modify orders if a product becomes unavailable after order submission (we will notify you via email and issue a full refund if this occurs).
By placing an order, you agree to:
